The Role

To support our long-term growth ambitions, we are establishing an ePMO to oversee change and transformation initiatives. The ePMO Director will succeed the interim mobilisation team, directing the development and enhancement of the ePMO operating model, ensuring transparency, scalable frameworks, effective prioritisation and a focus on delivering outcomes and realising benefits.

Key accountabilities include:

Developing and improving the ePMO operating model for effective portfolio and project management Developing fit-for-purpose governance frameworks, including leading an intake assessment for new projects Ensuring transparency and consistent controls across all change initiatives Collaborating with functional portfolio teams to provide accurate portfolio management guidance, and ensure integrity of the portfolio Leading strategic portfolio reviews with senior stakeholders Developing a prioritisation framework to support recommendations and decision-making Promoting learning and development opportunities within the project and portfolio community

Job Requirements

This role demands a blend of strategic vision & technical expertise. We're looking for someone with:

Experience in leading, managing and evolving a large ePMO team in a matrix organisation Experience in ensuring the portfolio is aligned to delivering against the strategic objectives of an organisation Knowledge of different project and programme delivery methodologies, and how they can be incorporated within an ePMO
