As Director of Global Device Services, you will be instrumental in shaping how we supply, manage, and support medical devices globally across sponsor-supported clinical trials. Working closely with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams, to ensure our services are reliable, scalable, and deliver measurable value. Your leadership will drive best-in-class customer experiences, foster trust through transparency, and differentiate Evinova.

The key responsibilities for this role are as follows

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build something from the ground up—transforming Evinovas device supply chain and service model.

Device Supply Chain & Logistics Youll develop and manage the “Devices as a Service” offering, creating scalable and efficient delivery models which cover the end-to-end device supply chain from quote to final delivery. Youll work with product and customer success teams to continuously refine and expand our device services to improve customer experience, reduce complexity, and enhance usability.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Youll need to design and implement efficient end-to-end processes from quote to delivery, ensuring seamless device logistics and service execution across multiple teams. As part of this youll establish robust tracking methods to provide real-time visibility of inventory, stock levels, and device movement across global trials. Continuous improvement is key and you will need to ensure the smooth introduction and scalable operational rollout of new devices, balancing commercial, quality and customer requirements

Vendor & 3PL ManagementYoull manage a global network of medical device and 3PL logistics vendors promoting partnership and best practice.Youll need to establish strong governance frameworks for vendor performance, compliance, and quality control and as needed negotiate new contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence. Youll take feedback from all device stakeholders to drive an excellent service

Customer-Centric Service ImprovementYour focus will be to simplify logistics for our customers driving a roadmap of deliverables which promote transparency, visibility and keep Evinova at the forefront of device services.

Essential Skills/Experience

Proven leadership experience in medical device supply chain, logistics in the clinical trials.Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures and compliance for medical devices.Proven expertise in managing multiple 3PL vendors and optimizing outsourced device logistics operations across global locationsExperience of managing and building partnerships with third party suppliersStrong financial acumen, with ability to work with Commercial teams and Finance teamsUnderstanding of device leasing models.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Sales, Product, Finance, and DeliveryAbility to translate complex logistics processes into simple, customer facing informationA strategic mindset to identify opportunities for growth, anticipate market trends, understand how our product roadmaps will change our Services and know how to position these effectively with our customers.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExperience working in a global organization with multi-partners, stakeholders and team members, spread out in a diverse culture environmentAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously across multiple geographiesTechnical acumen, the ability to understand the Evinova products suite and use digital methods for operational reporting (e.g. Service Cloud, Power BI, key analytical programs) and financial tracking and reporting (e.g. SAP)
