As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, youll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From loading trailers in the chiller to helping out in team tasks like checking stock is in the , youll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Youll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

In return, well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

Be a multitasker, loading trailers in the chiller and checking pallets are in the right lane

Sort and process any waste coming from the store, ensuring it is correctly divided into appropriate recycling areas

Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure

Report any damaged items to your manager

Be responsible for independently working through your orders

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
