Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 02:00</b></p> <p dir='ltr'><b>Location:</b><b>Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, OX3 7LD</b></p> <p></p> <p dir='ltr'><b>About the role:</b></p> <p dir='ltr'>This is a vital supervisory role where you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and coaching the cleaning services team to maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the hospital.</p> <p dir='ltr'></p> <p dir='ltr'><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li dir='ltr'> <p dir='ltr'><b>Team Leadership:</b>Lead, coach, and actively monitor the performance and output of the cleaning services team.</p> </li> <li dir='ltr'> <p dir='ltr'><b>Staff Management:</b>Oversee shift and work patterns to efficiently meet fluctuating staff levels and operational demands.</p> </li> <li dir='ltr'> <p dir='ltr'><b>Customer Service:</b>Respond effectively to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and quick resolution.</p> </li> <li dir='ltr'> <p dir='ltr'><b>Stock Control:</b>Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of cleaning stock levels, ensuring the team is always equipped to meet service requirements.</p> </li> <li dir='ltr'> <p dir='ltr'><b>Operational Support:</b>Actively support the team by assisting with cleaning duties where operational needs require it.</p> </li> </ul><p dir='ltr'>G4S is the International business of Allied Universal, the worlds leading security and facility services provider and trusted partner to more than 400 of the Fortune 500.
