As the Fleet & Compliance Supervisor, you will be a central figure in:

• Leading Compliance Initiatives: Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks and policies.
• Expert Guidance: Provide authoritative advice on all regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring the fleet operates within legal parameters.
• Fleet Safety and Efficiency: Oversee critical areas like vehicle inspections, maintenance planning, and defect management to guarantee fleet safety and legal compliance.

What Rexel is Looking For:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A National & International CPC qualification.
• Strong knowledge of FORS, ‘O’ Licence, and HGV compliance standards.
• Proven experience in developing and managing risk and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong commercial awareness and the capability to analyze the impact of regulatory changes.
• Analytical and critical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing driver performance and overseeing operations across multiple sites.
