As the EMEA Demand Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of project demand and portfolio management. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Project Initiation & Administration: You'll be the first point of contact for new project demands, ensuring accurate registration and initial administration. This includes liaising with project leaders to assess status, identify potential delays, and understand cross-initiative impacts. This experience builds crucial project management fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
  • Visual Communication & Stakeholder Management: A key aspect of your role will be creating clear and compelling visualizations of project dependencies and status.   • Event Coordination & Content Curation: You will play a vital role in coordinating content and presentations for crucial Town Hall meetings, ensuring engaging and relevant topics are shared across the EMEA Commercial & Digital IT team.   • Financial Process Support: Assisting the Program Portfolio & Finance Support team with SOWs and Invoices will provide you with exposure to financial processes, compliance, and budget adherence – essential skills for any business-oriented role.
  • Team Development Initiatives: Collaborating with HR Business Partners to facilitate team development sessions, such as employee survey follow-ups and coaching opportunities, allows you to contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture, honing your organizational and interpersonal skills.
