  • Develop Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with People teams, business leaders, and trade union stakeholders to effectively deliver on I&C requirements.
  • Lead Policy Updates: Take ownership of UK Policy updates, ensuring they are current, compliant, and effectively communicated.
  • Coach and Influence: Coach leaders on messaging and content, preparing them for key issues likely to be raised by employee representatives. Your ability to influence will be paramount.
  • Navigate Legislative Changes: Proactively review upcoming legislation, prepare insightful papers and proposals, and brief key stakeholders on the company's approach.
  • Support ER Issues: Provide comprehensive support to People Partners on a range of ER issues, always considering the broader HR and business change agenda.
  • Embrace a Commercial and Pragmatic Approach: Operate with a results-oriented mindset, balancing legal obligations with commercial realities.
