This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further your career in eCommerce whilst working in one of the fastest growing industries in the country. Sitting within the eCommerce team, you will contribute towards the ambitious growth of our D2C online business.  Joining this fast-paced team, you’ll be getting stuck in and gaining a wide range of skills and experience working with colleagues across business. 

You will play an important part in the eCommerce team to help plan, support, and deliver our commercial growth.  You will be key in supporting the team with managing and executing seasonal campaigns and promotional plans on all our trading websites. 

This role is perfect for someone wanting to learn all aspects of eCommerce and work within a tight knit team. This person will support the planning and execution of all seasonal campaigns and promotional plans as well the sales performance. You will be a strong self-starter with the initiative to drive and deliver results. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

Champion the Online KPI’s, timely and accurate reporting and monitoring of trading patterns, identifying risks and opportunity to trade. 

Conducting site audits and consistency checking, updating content as appropriate 

Support in building the eCommerce development roadmap, identifying solutions to barriers of sales, and managing the production of these 

Project management of new enhancement workstreams, acting as the main POC for the ecommerce team 

Manage the planning and execution of the eCommerce trade cycle plans for all PRRP websites, including stock management, assets deliverable and creation, agency briefings and on site merchandising  

What are we looking for?  

Basic understanding of eCommerce website architecture including hosting, platform, plugins and payment systems to  ensure a consistently reliable user experience.  

Basic CMS management skills preferable. (Magento knowledge preferred) 

Experience in analyzing commercial & digital KPIs and putting plans in place to improve them.  

Basic knowledge of delivery and logistics processes & practices, including warehousing, back-office systems. 

Good planning and execution skills in project delivery
