We are currently looking for a Clinical Sales Representative Graduate to join our Endoscopy Division. Starting in May 2025, the position can be based will be based out of the North East England (Newcastle, Middlesborough, Sunderland, Durham). The candidate must be willing to regularly travel throughout the region and country. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month fixed term contract and may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Endoscopy division at the end of the 12 months.

About the role:

Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support to assigned accounts in the North East England.

Your outstanding interpersonal and presentational skills combined with an highly adaptable mindset with a clear customer focus will make you a successful member of the Sales team. Your collaborative approach and relentlessly customer-focused attitude will help you build long-lasting relationships which could drive you towards a successful commercial career path.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant would divide their time between 80 % Clinical & 20% Sales. Supporting the region in understanding any account’s unmet needs, facilitating account strategy plan development. -After training, support medical personnel and theatre staff during procedures. -Provides education, clinical support, therapy development, acts upon potential sales opportunities. -Maintains/increase market share at BSC accounts by delivering excellent product in-servicing, evaluations, and continuous procedural education. -Be the contact person and consultant for the medical management and medical staff. -Identifies, manages, and reports to regions for sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; consequently, supports Account Manager and business in clinical selling based on clinical support information provided. -Attends and actively participates in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings. -Based on clinical support, supports wider sales team in gathering information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities. -Develops and implements a proactive plan that involves service support, with regions and team members, to increase the quality of service to customers. -Records customer information and activities in Company’s CRM system as an alignment tool with other roles -Performs periodic update with respective Salesforce and Commercial Contracting organization.

Key Requirements:

Be a recent Bachelor or Master graduate (2024/2025) with a Business, Management, Sales or Biotechnical/Biomedical Degree who wants to work in a commercial environment. -Fluent in English -Be computer/technically savvy. -Hold a current driving license.
