Reporting into the Chief Engineer, the Compliance Managerwill lead, manage and engage their team to convert departmental objectives into achievable tasks at the execution level.By setting performance targets and standards to support KPI's, and aligning resources, you will ensure all criteria are met. You will monitor activities to maximize productivity, ensuring all colleagues comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure safe, efficient operations. As an advocate for development, you will drive continuous site improvement, and nurture a proactive culture founded on accountability.
