What you’ll be doing

Provide 24x7 2nd line support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues. Take ownership of your performance, including mandatory training and compliance. Excel under pressure, delivering high-quality results even in challenging situations. Plan and execute complex changes to ensure sustained service across various products and solutions. Share technical knowledge across BMS through continuous improvement processes and coaching. Stay updated on changes to existing, emerging, and new technologies to meet business and customer objectives.

Skills we would like to see from you

Excellent 2nd line IT/technical support experience General experience of supporting a broad range of applications including Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, Cloud, Citrix, Azure, AWS, VMWare & Nutanix Must be able to obtain SC & NPPV security clearances Understanding of the workings of a Service Desk and ITIL aligned processes Effective listening skills and excellent attention to detail
