Engineering Manager - Drive Innovation in Clean Energy & National Security

The Opportunity

This role offers a truly unique opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in delivering complex technical solutions from concept through to full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). As an Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet stringent budget and performance targets, while also serving as a Technical or Design Authority, providing crucial assurance across a range of vital assets.

Key Responsibilities and Daily Focus:

  • Lead and effectively manage engineering teams to deliver project scope.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Act as a Technical/Design Authority, providing essential governance and assurance.
  • Seamlessly integrate multi-disciplinary tasks and work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to estimating and planning for engineering scope, from initial concept to project completion.
