As a Estates Manager you will be a be a lead member of the Pub Partners Estates Team, a key role at the heart of the Pub Partners business. The role will deal with key income streams for Pub Partners and the wider business, working closely with the Estates Director, Pub Partners Estates Lead, the Pub Partners Ops team and the Pub Partners Property team.

In your role as Estates Manager you will...
Pro-actively manageÂthe Pub Partners estateRepresent the Estates team in key internal & external meetingsTimely manageÂall of the Pub Partners estate matters such as new agreements, lease renewals & rent reviews, all in accordance with the Pubs CodeReview and sign off on all rental valuations, negotiations and settlementsProvideÂupdates and reports to the key stakeholders in the business including Property, Operations & FinanceTrainÂand coachÂthe Operations team including briefings on Estate, Code and RICS matters, attending regional Operations meetings when appropriatePubs Code and Landlord & Tenant Act adviceManage the asset disposal programmeManage external agents and solicitors on all estate mattersAssist with the delivery of the ESG strategic driverAssist with the delivery of the PP Capex programmeEstablish professional working relationships with peer group property professionals, agents and solicitorsShare and adopt best practice and innovative solutions across your teamWhat youâll bringâ¦Â
Pub Valuation experience preferred but not essentialRICS qualified with a minimum of two yearsâ experience in a General Practise surveying roleStrong organisational and communication skills with a demonstrable ability to manage colleagues and external consultantsStrong financials skills, strong negotiating skills and commercial acumenLateral thinker, with creative approach to problem solvingA self-starter, with a disciplined approach to working on own initiativeA high level of IT skills, including Teams, Excel, Word and Power pointA high level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to form strong and effective business relationships with both internal colleagues and external customersA passion for exceptional customer service#LI-AC1
