We currently have a role for an experienced facilities management professional to join our South London based team overseeing the facilities management of a variety of NHS facilities as the Estates Operations Manager. Based out of the Parsons Green Health Centre this person will be responsible for managing the team that deliver the day to day facilities management and working closely with the clients to ensure that the service that we deliver is first class from end to end. This person will need to have a facilities management background ideally within the NHS but if not experience within the public sector would be advantageous, it would also be good for this person to have an understanding of managing facilities that are leased rather then owned as well as the nuances that go along with this. It would be good if this person has managed a team before however this is not essential.
