As Executive Administration Intern, you will work in the Vice Chancellor's Office as part of a core team supporting the Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. You will support senior management in delivering their duties and be a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Provide administrative support to senior leadershipManage office systems, processes, and databases to ensure efficiency and compliancePrepare documentation for internal and external use including reports, presentations and minutes of meetingsCoordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangementsHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionWhat we're looking for:
