Executive Assistant â Salary £50,000 - £60,000 An exciting opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to our Insurance, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) Chief Risk Officer! The role will be part of our One Risk EA community, and the successful candidate will be expected to support our EA network within Risk, including providing holiday cover for our Group CRO EA and other EAs as required. Due to the nature of this role, we will require flexibility of office presence of up to 4 days a week as per business needs. A bit about the job: In this exciting role, you will be working closely with IWR Chief Risk Officer and IWR Enterprise Risk Director, as well as their supporting teams, and must be comfortable building a rapport quickly to ensure good working relationships. Working in a close-knit team, you will handle schedules, co-ordinate and attend certain meetings, prepare reports, lead on department wide communications, and be a key point of contact within IWR Risk, all whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. This role will ensure that the Directors have the right personal support in prioritising their departments and fulfilling their obligations in respect of reporting, performance and business planning to Executive teams, Boards and Committees. The role supports a wheelchair user and so will need to make meeting, travel and accommodation arrangements in line with their requirements. The position holder must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and be confident working under pressure. You will be career-minded with the ability to multi-task and certainly an excellent teammate, working closely with other EAs and operational leads in your business area. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Substantial experience as a personal / executive assistant to senior leaders, partnered with excellent stakeholder management skills. Excellent organisation and time management abilities, skilled in using, maintaining, and developing administrative systems, including shared mailboxes. Experienced in running your workload effectively with priorities from multiple partners. Confident in providing organisational and administrative services for senior leadership team, boards, and committees. Be prepared to undertake other business activities required to support your director(s) and their teams, e.g. agenda planning, actions tracking and leading on the organisation of leadersâ events.
