You will act as an authority about the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. Here are some of the areas you'll be responsible for: E-Learning; Drive the development of our e-learning platform, the Aviva Development Zone, ensuring it maintains its market leading position. Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership focussed learning programmes including 1-1 & group coaching & workshop facilitation for people managers and leaders at all levels. Project Management: Design and develop creative learning solutions that support our brokers and partners with some of their key business challenges â such as apprentice recruitment & development. Business Consultancy; Optimise growth and performance by providing business consultancy for our key client relationships, supporting their continued independence and future development. External Suppliers & Consultants; Source, engage and maintain relationships with key external suppliers and consultants as required. Skills and experience weâre looking for: An experienced Learning and Development professional, with a proven training delivery background. Experience in the insurance and/or financial services sector is preferable. CIPD or equivalent L&D/training qualification. Strong face to face training and presentation skills with the ability to deliver on a range of topics to a breadth of audiences. Project management and consultancy skill.
