NCR Voyix is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented leader to serve as Executive Director, Strategic Projects. This individual will partner closely with the COO and executive leadership team to lead and drive cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the company transformation and growth. The ideal candidate is a highly effective operator with strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage high-impact projects from ideation through implementation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and operational rigor. The Executive Director will lead complex, often ambiguous initiatives that span multiple business units and require alignment across executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects aligned with company priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and executive team, helping define strategic priorities and turning them into actionable plans. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Structure ambiguous problems, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations that drive measurable impact. Develop business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives or investments. Facilitate executive-level meetings, decision-making forums, and status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability across projects. Influence and coordinate stakeholders across functions such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HR. Build and manage a small team of high-performing project managers and analysts as needed. Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or corporate transformation roles, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth environment. Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, transformation, or strategic PMO role strongly preferred. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex, high-stakes initiatives. Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization. Highly analytical with experience using data to guide decisions and measure outcomes. Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity. Bachelor degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
