Have to be fully compliant with all internal systems and maintain all customers records within our CRM system.</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><p><span></span></p><ul><li><span></span></li><li><span>Maintain all portfolio customers, ensuring they continue to trade with DHL eCommerce UK through regular check-in calls </span></li><li><span>Ensure customer adhere to agreed volume levels and take a proactive approach to monitor</span></li><li><span>To accurately provide Management Information and reporting of own account management portfolio to reflect actual and forecast weekly and monthly performance against agreed KPIs</span></li><li><span>Negotiate client contracts and manage the amendment of pricing through defined processes for authorisation</span></li><li><span>Ensure all customer contact is logged and updated within our Salesforce CRM system,</span></li><li><span>Responsible for supporting with all yield management projects to deliver improved customer margin e.g.: GPI and margin improvements</span></li><li><span>To be fully conversant with all DHL eCommerce UK commercial tools</span></li><li><span>Maintain strong relationships with all departments with DHL eCommerce UK</span></li><li><span>Generate Leads through strong networking and influencing</span></li></ul><p><span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><strong><span>The ideal candidate will have:</span></strong></p><p><span></span></p><ul><li><span>Experience in account management </span></li><li><span>Experience of upselling to existing customers</span></li><li><span></span></li><li><span></span></li></ul><p><span></span></p><p><strong><span>What about career development?</span></strong><span></span></p><p><span>We take every employees career seriously and believe in realising their full potential.
