Job Description JOB TITLE: Executive Support Manager to Corporate & Institutional Chief Operating Officer LOCATIONS: Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham and London HOURS: Full-time WORKING PATTERN: Minimum two days per week or 40% of working hours in office/hub. This is an exciting time to join the CIB Chief Operating business and work with us to grow, shape and transform the business. You'll have the opportunity to join an expanding COO function and get involved in a range of activities supporting SLT members. As part of the CIB Chief Operating business, youâll be working with the EA to support COO member and be expected to cover a range of topics to ensure the smooth running of on specific projects, preparing complex papers, co-ordinating pre-briefs and managing risks as required, supporting the COO Office. What you'll be doing: Supporting the CIB COO EA & leadership team member by undertaking regular oversight of both financial and risk performance metrics, proactively identifying emerging trends and supporting others to take action to address issues. Preparing papers, analysing, reviewing, briefings for various group committees, and presenting of a range of reports, papers, and presentations (internal and external) where appropriate. Championing and find opportunities for any change that will improve colleague experience and continuous business improvement. Engaging with team members, providing guidance, advice, and challenge to ensure the team is appropriately represented and adaptable to matters arising. Building and maintaining networks to influence priorities, identify best practice and build the profile of the team. Supporting the CIB COO EA on specific issues or committees/project teams and, where appropriate, manage projects ensuring alignment with Group and business strategy. Leading on various events and writing communications for the COO business.
