FM Project Manager

What we are offeringSalary up to £50,000 depending on experience.Permanent and full-time position.40 per week, Monday to Friday.Hybrid role with weekly travel to HMP Addiewell (West Lothian) and HMP Northumberland (Morpeth).Occasional travel to four other prison sites across the UK.Please see attached benefits guide for everything we have to offer.___________________________________________Your Role as an FM Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering Facilities Management projects within HM Prisons, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard. You will manage lifecycle, investment, and sustainability projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and compliance with regulations.Your role will require you to review project requests, assess feasibility, and manage expectations while coordinating with internal teams, external clients, and senior management. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with health and safety regulations. Managing risks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong client relations will be key aspects of your role.This role requires a strong presence on-site, with weekly visits to HMP Addiewell and HMP Northumberland.
