The Greenwich Business School are seeking to recruit a Faculty Education Officer to provide a high-quality student focused faculty administrative service across all faculty programmes. Working within the vibrant Greenwich Business School, this post is pivotal for the student experience and success within the faculty. Applicants should have some experience working within a higher education environment.

The Faculty Education Officer will be a key member of a high-performing Education Support Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality programme and student administration from enquiry through to completion. This includes supporting committees and processes related to assessment, student matters, and programme administration, ensuring an efficient and effective service across all Greenwich Business School activities.
The post holder will play a vital role in supporting an excellent student experience by maintaining robust administrative systems, processes, and procedures across the faculty. They will provide high-quality administrative support for key programme-related activities, ensuring a consistent and responsive service to students. As a frontline support role, it requires a professional, caring, and empathetic approach to addressing student queries and concerns.
The Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.
