As the marketing leader for FEHHS, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the faculty's marketing strategy across the School of Education, School of Health Sciences, and School of Human Sciences. Your role will be pivotal in:

  • Spearheading Faculty-Wide Marketing: You will champion the marketing efforts for three distinct academic schools and their varied programme offerings, alongside supporting the faculty's research institute, the ILD.
  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Lead the creation of the overarching faculty marketing strategy and ensure its effective operational execution.
  • Driving Student Recruitment: Inspire and guide your team to deliver impactful recruitment campaigns, engaging digital communications, and successful faculty events designed to attract and convert prospective students.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the faculty, fostering strong partnerships with colleagues in Marketing and External Relations, other faculties, and external agencies.
  • Contributing to Leadership: Play a key role as a member of the faculty's Professional Services leadership group, contributing to broader strategic discussions.
  • Enhancing School Profiles: Elevate the visibility of the three Schools among both internal and external audiences.
  • Content Creation Excellence: Oversee the development of compelling digital content for web, email, and social media, ensuring brand resonance and diverse audience appeal.
  • Producing High-Quality Materials: Guide the creation of exceptional marketing assets, including photography, video, press releases, and design collateral.
  • Maximising Outreach: Identify and develop new and impactful outreach opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt strategies based on insights.
