About the Role: This position reports to the Corporate FP&A Manager and supports consolidated planning, reporting and analysis for LNLP globally. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data across the region, report financial information to management, and assist in preparing financial forecasts and plans. Prepare and generate standard reports with commentaries on trends and variances. Support and champion process improvement projects, including finance automation and generative AI projects. Oversee bi-annual maintenance processes and monitor progress. Develop close working relationships with operating businesses, providing a point of contact between decision support and Corporate FP&A. Requirements: Professional qualification in finance (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a Finance concentration. Experience in a financial role or finance support role, with an understanding of revenue or cost metrics and reporting in a global organization. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion and Dodeca is preferred. Strong technical analytical skills, including trend, variance, and profitability analysis. Knowledge of accounting policies and standards for revenue/cost and management accounting techniques is preferred.
