How youâll help us make health happen As Finance Business Partner, you will support our operations and transformation teams in ensuring robust financial control, expense management, and world class commercial finance business partnering for the Global Operations and Healthcare Management team to deliver Bupa Global (BG) strategic vision and profitability growth objectives. By producing high quality, timely, accurate and commercially focused cost analysis and reporting, detailed and robust planning and forecast analysis, and other ad hoc reporting as required by the business Taking ownership of monthly Claims Handling Costs allocation process including bi-annual review of the model By working collaboratively with the Bupa Global FP&A team to develop Bupa Global Commercial Strategy, Plan and deliver performance and management reporting. You will build strong relationships at all levels across the business and establish trust with key stakeholders By providing input to Transformation business cases for projects that are operational in nature, ensuring that benefits are robust, able to be tracked by the business and all parties are aligned on the business benefit You will be working closely with the wider Finance team to ensure issues that impact the wider team are communicated, with clear actions to resolve Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills with attention to detail Previous experience in a Business Partnering role is essential Accountancy Qualification would be desirable however working towards a qualification as a minimum (please specify this on your application) Excellent communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management Experience of using Oracle would be desirable however not essential Strong financial skills coupled with good commercial acumen Adaptability and flexibility especially in a rapidly changing environment Ability to work effectively across teams, bridging the gap between financial and non-financial understanding Strong analytical skills - skilled at taking large amounts of data and sharing insight from this with key stakeholders, and making the complex simple Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
