We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operational Resilience Team Member with a business analyst skill set to join our growing team. As a Group Operational Resilience Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of operational resilience framework. This role also combines key business analysis skills to help identify operational improvements, monitor business performance, and enhance the company resilience strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for operational resilience and business analysis. How youâll help us make health happen: Assist in the development and implementation of the Operational Resilience framework. Identify and assess key operational risks, analysing their potential impact on resilience. Monitor and report on operational resilience metrics and key performance and risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs). Coordinate responses to operational disruptions and incidents, ensuring effective recovery strategies. Participate in testing and simulations of business continuity plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop data-driven reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for new projects or changes to existing operations. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and documentation on resilience metrics and operational risks. Maintain comprehensive records of resilience activities and improvement initiatives. Work closely with various departments and external vendors to integrate operational resilience requirements into daily operations. Support cross-functional teams in executing resilience testing and process reviews. Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role: Understanding of Operational Resilience, risk management, and Operational Risk requirements. Awareness of Bupa products and marketplaces. Strong influencing skills. Objective, analytical, and lateral thinking with the ability to summarize and communicate complex technical and regulatory issues. Ability to work across cultures, geographies, and languages. Tenacious, high attention to detail and a methodical, enquiring approach to work. Conscientious, hardworking, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to act with good judgment and discretion. Ability to gather, analyse and interpret business requirements.
