About the role

Step into a key leadership position as Finance Manager - Global Internal Controls at Reckitt. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in uplifting our financial control environment, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional controls assurance and transformative activities. Your forward-thinking will not only impact our processes, but also our people, as you oversee a talented assurance team. Your responsibilities
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, with a professional accountancy qualification. - Proficient in internal controls, especially US SOX, with experience in controls implementation. - Familiar with COBIT and COSO frameworks, with a preference for hands-on experience. - Skilled in using SAP for business process controls, showcasing a strong understanding of financial systems. - Proven track record of leading teams to deliver in a control-focused environment, with an aptitude for stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives. - Flexible for travel within the UK and the region, bringing a worldly perspective to our control practices. - A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, able to work transparently with a variety of internal teams.
