If you have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to culinary excellence, we want to hear from you!What We're Looking for:Ensuring an exceptional level of food quality and consistency for fine dining events and VIP functions.Managing the complexities of event-driven kitchen operations in a high-pressure environment.Coordinating efficiently with front-of-house teams for seamless service execution.Maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.⁠Collaborate with the Head of Culinary in all aspects of kitchen and event execution.Lead the kitchen team during service, ensuring flawless dish execution and presentation.Assist with menu development, incorporating seasonal and premium ingredientsOversee inventory, ensuring minimal wastage while maintaining quality and efficiency.Train and mentor junior chefs, ensuring adherence to the highest culinary standards.Ensure seamless communication and coordination with event managers and service teams.Deliver consistently high-quality fine dining cuisine for high-profile events.Lead and inspire the kitchen team to uphold standards of excellence.Maintain cost control through effective stock management and waste reduction.Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency and culinary expertise.Uphold strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.What you bring:Collaborate with the Head of Culinary in all aspects of kitchen and event execution.Lead the kitchen team during service, ensuring flawless dish execution and presentation.Assist with menu development, incorporating seasonal and premium ingredients.Oversee inventory, ensuring minimal wastage while maintaining quality and efficiency.Train and mentor junior chefs, ensuring adherence to the highest culinary standards.Ensure seamless communication and coordination with event managers and service teams.Were experience makers and food fanatics.
