DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company and our people are the unsung heroes who keep the cogs turning and the country running smoothly. </p> <p>We're now looking for a Co-Pack First Line Manager to lead a team of Co-Pack colleagues, drive operational performance across packing lines, and ensure strong collaboration with internal teams and customers</p> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE</strong></p> <ul> <li>To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance within the Co-Pack department</li> <li>To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence</li> <li>Oversee HR management responsibilities, including 1:1s, performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinary processes</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and collaboration</li> </ul> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO </strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in managing teams within a supply chain or warehouse environment is preferred</li> <li>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines</li> <li>Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of JDA would be advantageous but not essential.
