Business Manager (Denmans Leicester, Denmans North, GB)

We are looking for a Business Manager to run our Denmans Leicester Branch, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, drive exceptional customer service to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching across the team to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.

Ideally, you will have previous management experience within a wholesale or retail environment, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase, and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.

Skills Set for Success:

A full UK driving license Proven experience in commercially managing a business unit or branch within the service or supplies sector. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while leading your team with a positive growth mindset. A natural change champion, capable of embracing change and new technologies, and guiding your team through the transition. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a cross-functional team to achieve target performance.
