What You’ll Be Doing With this attractive opportunity, you will get a chance to: Assemble and fit engine components, modules, and systems according to aerospace procedures and specifications. Work within tight deadlines, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Apply your fitting skills to solve problems and implement improvements where necessary. Support the team with your knowledge, training, and collaborative attitude. Who We’re Looking For At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple, and make a difference. To be successful in this role you will need to: Essential – to have a time-served apprenticeship and ideally with appropriate aero-engine fitting skills. Possess a working knowledge of aerospace strip and build procedures. Hold a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent. Be able to use aerospace fitting tools and techniques effectively. Demonstrate a proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and delivery. We are an equal opportunities employer.
