Administrative Assistant (Fleet Team)

6 Month FTC Hybrid working (Corby)

Our Fleet Team look after all the processes linked with RS Group’s fleet of company vehicles, as part of our awesome payroll and rewards team.

We’re looking for an Administrator with great customer service skills to come and join our team.

What you will be doing:

The primary purpose of the Fleet Assistant is to provide an end-to-end excellent Fleet service to the business. You’ll be working closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Service Centre, HR Reward, and 3rd party Fleet to support the delivery of an engaging and effective employee benefits package. And ensuring that transactional Fleet activities are carried out within the agreed KPI’s and that a consistent approach is delivered whilst maintaining operational excellence in the most efficient way.

What we are looking for from you:

You’ll be PC literate, with proven ability in using Excel Intermediate/Advance, Word & PowerPoint to extract, manipulate and display data in a meaningful and insightful manner. You will be able to interpret and communicate appropriate messages and information confidently and effectively with internal customers as well as external partners at all levels, with the utmost tact and diplomacy. At RS we work as One Team, so you will also have a strong team ethic and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Demonstrating the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Aptitude for prioritising and managing your own workload as issues arise during working day.
