Key Responsibilities and Opportunities for Growth:
- Fund Accounting & Reporting: Gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting for sophisticated fund structures, working with UK GAAP or IFRS standards.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Develop your skills in preparing primary financial statements and detailed notes, utilizing trial balances and supporting documentation.
- Audit Process Involvement: Play a crucial role in the annual audit process, enhancing your understanding of financial controls and compliance.
- Transaction Processing: Master the processing of fund capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions, a core function in fund administration.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships by acting as a key point of contact for clients, board members, and external intermediaries like banks, lawyers, and accountants.
- Due Diligence and Compliance: Contribute to the preparation, collation, and monitoring of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) files, ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Payment Processing: Gain proficiency in processing client payments across various banking platforms.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist with fund-related regulatory and compliance processes, building essential knowledge in this critical area.
- KPI Monitoring: Contribute to the monitoring and delivery of finance and compliance related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Educational Background: Educated to A-Level or University Degree standard. Degrees in finance or accounting are advantageous but not essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable, but enthusiastic graduates seeking their first professional role are also encouraged.
- Professional Ambition: Currently studying for, or willing to study for, a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA).
