Transformation Program Manager

Barclays are seeking a Transformation Program Manager. This is a business-led transformation role focused on implementing custom, proprietary workflow capabilities—with a view toward automation and future AI integration. Youll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering strategic business solutions, working cross- functionally with senior stakeholders, analysts and rotating grads.

To be successful as a Transformation Program Manager, you should have:

Project management experience, ideally within financial services or lending transformation initiatives.

A deep understanding of workflow design, process simplification, and AI-capable solutions.

Background in building proprietary tools, preferably from the Business Analyst or Product Owner route.

Some other highly desirable skills include:

Experience working with Salesforce and knowledge of Loan IQ.

This role will be located at our London office.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

Accountabilities

Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.
