This pivotal role is focused on optimising end-to-end HR processes, aligning regional and global strategies, and enhancing the customer and user experience within our HR systems. <br><br>The HR Process Design & CI Senior Expert plays a key role in the delivery of People Services process design and continous improvement by providing process leadership and guidance on new and existing HR processes and implementing digitalisation. The successful candidate will be a lead in supplier manangement with system change and major projects, a key mentor for the Expert role, and will manage coaching and peer review. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong> Process Improvement:</strong> Support, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.
