This pivotal role is focused on optimising end-to-end HR processes, aligning regional and global strategies, and enhancing the customer and user experience within our HR systems.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong> Process Improvement:</strong> Support, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.
