We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to join us as Head of Change & Transformation Audit. A bit about the job: You’ll drive how we audit Aviva most significant change and transformation agenda ever! You’ll need to be a strong leader with a deep understanding of transformation and change risk management and someone who can build networks to influence across the business. Your insights will shape how we manage risks that matter and deliver change that helps achieve our Aviva strategy. What you’ll be doing: Leading strong relationships with senior transformation stakeholders across Aviva. Communicate insights innovatively and clearly to influence action at the top table. Lead the development and delivery of our Change & Transformation Audit Plan. Guide and support audit teams across Group Functions and all Aviva markets. Lead and develop a high-performing team of 9 audit professionals, including change SMEs. What we’re looking for: Deep understanding of transformation and change risk management – i.e. someone who is a credible ‘Transformation SME’ through prior experience of leading company-wide change projects or complex change audits. Extensive experience working within the Insurance, Banking and/or wider Financial Services sector. Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and influence up to C-suite level A strong leader, used to managing, developing and motivating a busy team who like to work in innovative ways.
