Role Overview/What will you do:

Lead the coordination, implementation, and consistent execution of controls across our global FX technology stack.This role will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and alignment of our FX systems, ensuring all platforms and processes meet operational, risk, and compliance standardsThe SVP will collaborate across multiple teams, including technology, trading and operations, to ensure smooth execution, scalability, and innovationClear communication and ability to influence stakeholders is a key skills requiredThe role does notinvolve budget responsibilityLead and present global and regional updates to engage team in the progress of organizationContribute to defining and implementing best practices and processes for the department and ensure transparency and consistency across teams

Key Skills and Experience required

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FX technology, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment at all levels of the organization.Extensive leadership in an FX organisation (ideally) with deep understanding of the regulatory environmentExperience of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex and cross-functional projects.Extensive stakeholder management across all levels Technology and Markets BusinessesDeep understanding of all aspects of IT development/Engineering, product management and program management to enable effective collaboration with partners from those disciplines.Experience in multiple areas of the financial services domain e.g., consumer, institutional, risk, compliance, and finance to facilitate effective communication with partners.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders including senior leadership.Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to take control of a situation when required.
