To support this ambitious undertaking, we've established a new Project Services function. As the Head of Planning & Scheduling, you will be instrumental in embedding and leading best-in-class planning and scheduling capabilities across our Development, Offshore Delivery, and Onshore Delivery streams. Your expertise will ensure our significant investment decisions and delivery strategies are underpinned by robust, risk-aware insight.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and integrated project controls (risk, cost, resource, and performance management) is a cornerstone requirement.
• Risk-Informed Planning: A strong focus on championing risk-informed planning and dependency management will be crucial for ensuring schedule robustness and alignment.
• Safety Culture Integration: You will be responsible for integrating safety, health, and environmental principles into all planning activities, promoting a proactive safety culture.

• Accreditation: A degree or equivalent in Project Management with a recognised accreditation (e.g., PMI or APM) is expected.
