A bit about the job: This senior tech leadership role involves driving the implementation of technology strategies aligned with business goals. You'll oversee platform reliability, process improvement, and user experience across the organization. The role demands strong leadership across a range of technologies, development approaches, team development and stakeholder management. You'll engage with external partners to deliver scalable solutions and maintain industry visibility. A focus on innovation, governance, and risk management is key to success in this position. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Brings hands-on experience from the Healthcare IT, Insurance or related sectors, along with a strong grasp of how IT systems and operations support business needs in these environments Has worked extensively with Salesforce platforms, leading technical implementations, ideally using Health/Financial Services Clouds, delivering tailored solutions and improved user experiences Lead and manage the technology development team(s) responsible for maintaining and implementing organisation's technology development frameworks and policies, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
