A Christian school with children at its heart

North Ferriby C E Primary School is a successful and happy school situated in the pleasant area of East Yorkshire countryside at the southern end of the Yorkshire Wolds on the bank of the River Humber. The village of North Ferriby has a wide variety of housing, a good selection of local shops as well as two churches, a pub and a railway station. It is an ancient settlement dating back 3,500 years and is still a thriving community with a wide range of clubs and societies. The school has always been at the heart of the community.

The school has 286 pupils taught in ten classes across two sites with extensive grounds, including playing fields, allotment, an orchard and a small wood. The Key Stage 1 building has four classrooms, plus a nurture unit, a hall with a serving area for lunches, a staffroom and an office. The Key Stage 2 building has six classrooms, a well-being room, a DT suite, a hall, a staffroom, a kitchen and two offices.
