The Role and Your Impact:

As an ILS Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering robust support solutions for the Arrowhead programme. This is a customer-facing role where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, managers, and technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the crucial link between the Authority and the T26 Warship Technical Authority (WTA), supporting Lead and Principal Engineers to meet compliance requirements and achieve readiness objectives for in-service vessels. You will also serve as the T26 Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) Subject Matter Expert, offering valuable advice and guidance.

  • Educational/Professional Attainment: An Honours degree (or higher) in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience is required. Chartered Engineer status or significant demonstrable supportability engineering experience is highly valued.
  • Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance. Be aware that eligibility may be affected by nationality, place of birth, and residency history.
