Team/Role Overview

IRIS is a new product line that has been built out of Citis Financial Resource Management Technology to support and enhance Citis loan hedging capabilities on CDS (Credit Default Swaps) and CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation). We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sr. Business Analyst at VP level to join our exciting and fast-paced team, to work with our business clients, development team and data services across multiple international locations on exciting new and enhancement projects.

What youll do

Be an effective liaison between Product Development & Innovation (PDI) and Development teamOrganize and host business requirements sessions with PDI,Authorize requirement document including data specifications based on PDI's prototype, sample data and formulasOrganize and host business requirements walkthroughs with PDI, Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teamProvide support/clarifications to Development and QA team on inquiries on requirementsCreate application user guideProvide testing support when required

What well need from you

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in a Financial Services environment across complex environmentsFundamental SQL experience/skills – tables & joins, distinct, grouping, case when etcVisio – basic flow chart, process diagram, UML experience nice to haveData Analysis – data mapping, translation and transformationExcel – able to understand formulas and document them in plain English with sample dataJIRA & Confluence experienceCapital Markets experience and knowledge, such as Loans / Facilities / CDS derivatives, Credit Risk would be a plusStrong communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
