Joining the Customer Project Execution & Installations Supervisors Team 1 within the NCE region, you'll be an integral part of a department dedicated to pre-assembly, installation, commissioning, service site operations, and external resource management. The team's focus is on cultivating a skilled workforce, fostering teamwork, and driving operational success through a culture that prioritizes safety, cost awareness, and quality. This position specifically involves active participation in offshore projects, presenting a unique and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute daily site activities during installation works, ensuring adherence to scope.
• Collaborate closely with the Deputy Installation Manager and Lifting Supervisor to optimize team performance.
• Monitor and ensure all tasks are performed safely and in line with Vestas' high-quality standards.
• Prepare essential project documentation, including Work Instructions and Method Statements.
• Facilitate smooth project handover at completion.
• Proactively identify and address any issues that arise, maintaining an enthusiastic and solution-oriented approach.
