Responsibilities: Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company. Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets. Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts. Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements. Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers. Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as customer engagement. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition. Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.). Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required. Provides accurate and timely quotations. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities. Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting. Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Customer focus. Numerate with good attention to detail. Excellent telephone manner. Priority management and planning skills. Strive to achieve set targets. Understands Sales Process. Effective Communication Skills. Good relationship building. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
