Investment Banking Senior Analyst - Corporate Broking

As an Investment Banking Senior Analyst you will act as the brains behind our work handling key client requests, monitoring market trends and supporting senior bankers in executing transactions.

In this role you will responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with multiple Institutional Banking teams across Citigroup.

Responsibilities:

Work with senior Bankers and professionals to participate in particular client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking teamBuild relationships with Citis existing Corporate Broking clientsResponsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plansPrepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live dealsConduct economic/financial researchEvaluate companys financial performance compared to overall industry and market trendsSpeak to Citis sales teams and buy-side investors to understand the market view on clients or peer performance

Qualifications:

Previous Investment Banking experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlinesA strong desire to further develop and expand your existing skill set

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
