Investment Operations Oversight Analyst This is a great job for someone who has experience in a financial services role, ideally within asset or investment management, with a solid understanding of various asset classes and their operational characteristics. A bit about the job: Aviva Investors partners with key suppliers to deliver essential outsourced operations, and this role is central to ensuring those relationships run smoothly. You will manage the oversight of several critical suppliers while supporting a diverse programme of change initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between internal teamsâincluding investment and operational areasâand external suppliers, youâll ensure exceptional service standards for our clients and maintain robust risk and control frameworks. The role also involves supporting new products from development through to successful implementation and ongoing management, playing an integral part in the full investment lifecycle within Investment Operations. To succeed, youâll need adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
