Investment Operations Oversight Analyst This is a great job for someone who has experience in a financial services role, ideally within asset or investment management, with a solid understanding of various asset classes and their operational characteristics. A bit about the job: Aviva Investors partners with key suppliers to deliver essential outsourced operations, and this role is central to ensuring those relationships run smoothly. You will manage the oversight of several critical suppliers while supporting a diverse programme of change initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams—including investment and operational areas—and external suppliers, you’ll ensure exceptional service standards for our clients and maintain robust risk and control frameworks. The role also involves supporting new products from development through to successful implementation and ongoing management, playing an integral part in the full investment lifecycle within Investment Operations. To succeed, you’ll need adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities, plan effectively, and adapt resources to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrates flexibility and a positive response to change, with a proactive, inquisitive mindset and a strong sense of personal initiative. Sound analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of commercial and financial practices. Committed to delivering a first-class service, with a focus on listening, questioning, and facilitating to meet stakeholder needs.
