We make it, store it, move it, sell it, and mend it.⯠The Investor Relations Co-ordinator is a pivotal role within a high-profile team responsible for managing the Company's relationships with shareholders, investors, and research analysts. This position provides essential support services to the Group Head of Investor Relations, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and delivering a high-quality investor relations program for all stakeholders. Location - Windsor with flexible home working Key Responsibilities: Planning, co-ordination, and logistics for investor events and announcements, including venue selection, rehearsals/preparation, and supplier management. Coordination of roadshows for senior management (CEO, CFO, Head of IR, etc.), ensuring a high-quality schedule and efficient logistics, including arranging international and local travel. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to compile briefing materials for senior management (investor profiles, agendas, prior meeting notes, etc.). Managing the collation and summarisation of investor meeting feedback and maintaining the investor relations database. Extensive diary management, ensuring effective time management in a fast-paced environment, adhering to key timelines in the corporate finance calendar, and adapting to changing priorities as required. Managing and prioritising incoming meeting requests, including those via the Company's IR email inbox, using initiative to liaise with stakeholders and alert the team to high-priority issues. Monitoring and managing costs for event and service contracts, seeking best value for money and maintaining accurate records and cost estimates. Taking notes and composing correspondence to a high standard. Providing cover for other Executive Assistants as required during periods of holiday or absence. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a complex environment requiring a high level of commercial understanding, initiative, and confidentiality. Experience of liaising effectively with senior stakeholders internally and externally. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Highly organised, able to prioritise and plan ahead, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) with a pleasant, professional manner. Assertive, resilient, and capable of managing strong personalities. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Outlook). Flexibility in working hours. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and direction.
