Vacancy: Jubilee Operations Manager

FT/PT: Full-time, 37.5 hrs per week

Contract Term: Permanent, immediate start available (date to be agreed with successful candidate)

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary: Starting salary of £34,000 – £36,000 pa, dependant on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Operations Manager for our innovation park at the Jubilee Campus. You will deliver seamless operation and maintenance of our estate, ensure exceptional customer service, and cultivate a vibrant community. Key responsibilities include managing daily site activities, overseeing tenant relations, maintaining high standards across the site, and ensuring health and safety compliance. This is a busy, exciting, and varied role which would suit someone looking for their next challenge who will approach it with energy and optimism.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership and communication skills

•

Experience in facilities or operational management

•

Ability to handle diverse tasks and work independently

•

High IT proficiency and strong organisational skills
