Aon are looking to add a Junior Account Manager to our team based out of London. This role will be providing support for our UK Facultative Proution and Placement Teams

 

This is a full time position withaa Hybrid working approach

What the day will look like

 

Provide technical support to our UK Facultative production and placement teamsResolving queries received from clients and reinsurers – liaising with colleagues within other departments as necessary.Generating and reviewing of contractual documentationInternal Collaboration across Aon Reinsurance Solutions globallyWorking in partnership with the Account Executive team in the marketing of placing reinsurance, involving communication with clients and reinsurersCollecting and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentationsPopulating and maintenance of data within Aon’s IT systems and TrackersResponsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

Education to at least A level standard and possibly with either Market experience.A willingness to learn, or have entry level Technical (re)insurance knowledgeExcellent attention to detail.Great communication skills.Data analysis abilities.Good level of IT competency (Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word)Possibly some experience of working in a client-facing environmentAbility to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to
